The scenic cantata is a celebration of fate, fortune, love, and revelry. It is brought to life by the voices of 250 singers performing in original Bavarian attire. Driving rhythms by the The Munich Harmonists evoke the Golden Twenties, honoring the legacy of the Comedian Harmonists. The program culminates with “O Fortuna,” the work’s dramatic final movement.
